(Isra) 17 : 84
قُلْ كُلٌّ يَعْمَلُ عَلَىٰ شَاكِلَتِهِ فَرَبُّكُمْ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنْ هُوَ أَهْدَىٰ سَبِيلًا
You say: "Each works according to his manner, then your Lord is most knowing of who is best guided in the Straightpath".
The Impartial Three-Time-Knower Lord has already inscribed in His Book Adhikr whatever happens in the universe as explained in verses 10: 61 and 16 89. Adhikr is codified as the Splendid Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. So every individual should decide his destiny using Adhikr as the Balance.
